A tour in the Old City about the impossible love story between Nuri and Jasmine, characters in the book by Eli Amir, and set against the backdrop of the period after the 6-Day War in Jerusalem. A tour in the Old City alleyways focusing on the touching love story of a young man and woman. Nuri is an Israel soldier from an Iraqi background and Jasmine is an educated Christian Arab woman - they are the main characters in the book “Jasmine”, written by Eli Amir. The story focuses on the period in Jerusalem after the 6-Day War and describes the meeting between 2 peoples, Israelis and Palestinians. The book was published in 2005 in Hebrew and later translated to Arabic in Egypt.

Sites on the tour: Jaffa Gate, Omar ibn el-Khattab Square, market rooftops, Muristan, Hurva Synagogue courtyard.
