The German complex in Augusta Victoria is the largest built in Jerusalem during the period of the entry of the great world powers, and it affords a view of the entire city. Who was Augusta? What happened during Churchill’s visit? And what changed because of the earthquake? On this tour we will explore the Mount of Olives from a different perspective, visit the impressive church, and climb to the top of the tower for a view worth the climb.
